I've found that too, Mark. That you practice Yoga and you start to notice a relationality steadily come, outward facing, less interested in your own self, but enjoying relating to others sensitively. Everyone is so vulnerable and precious. I saw my friend the other day for the first time as she was--sitting at the dinner table, she was so soft, like an earthworm that if you touched too bluntly she would retract and hide away. Looking back, how many relationships I had where I was a blunt instrument
